Game PRODUCER & DESIGNER
PROFESSional - DRAGONBOX KAHOOT!
Mini-games to learn maths

During my 5 years at Dragonbox/Kahoot! I had the chance to work on digital solutions for schools that comprise notably mini games.
In this context, I started working on the "low level" mini games themselves, and progressively took on responsibilities in the "high level" global school solution product.
-
Setting up and refining Agile workflows with Favro, and later Jira
-
Gathering the product vision and requirements for each project, and planning milestones and deliveries accordingly
-
Managing backlogs and ongoing tasks
-
Leading Agile rituals such as standups and retrospectives
-
Serving as a link between the different layers, teams and actors, facilitating their work and communication
-
Creating and maintaining documentation notably with Confluence

It is very important to try to keep people happy to work, and I believe that a great team makes great projects!

I was also doing Game Design for both the school solution and the mini games, as well as level design. These design and production roles went hand in hand when the studio was start-up sized, as I would have an eye on the product vision and the design choices that can support it.

SOLO PERSONAL PROJECT
Top-down ARPG prototype

In this 2-players game made in UE5, the core mechanic focuses on controlling enemies' positions to land better hits.
It starts with a basic ranged/melee duo : one player will push away enemies and can only hit them from distance, while the other one can pull them to attack from close range.

As of today, the prototype includes one playable level, a shared xp system that grants new skills on level-up, and the possibility to choose between two specialities that will enhance your skills in different ways.
For future design implementations, my priority would be to have more skills and a system to actually make your own build and work on synergies between players, have more types of enemies, world traps, and adjust the level design to have more variety and rewards for exploration.
STUDENT PROJECTS
Co-op 2D navigation game

One player controls the vertical movement and the other one the horizontal movement. You have to navigate together as one through the level in perfect harmony to avoid the many traps on the way. Made in Unity.
